Hazard Mitigation Plan

The Lower Elkhorn NRD and Lewis and Clark NRD create the Hazard Mitigation Plan to identify and assess the risks the community faces from natural, technological, and human-caused hazards. The plan outlines strategies the local stakeholders have identified for reducing the impact of the hazards.
