Bow Creek Watershed January Winter Meeting- Rescheduled
Guest speaker Lance Gunderson, founder of Regen Ag Lab, will discuss traditional and emerging technologies in soil and plant testing, what they can tell us, and how we can use them to increase nutrient use efficiency to increase profit. Traditional soil mineral tests, soil health tests, PLFA (phospholipid fatty acid), plant tissue tests, plant sap analysis, and new rDNA tests can all be used in a comprehensive nutrient management plan to provide the nutrients plants need without over applying. With input costs increasing, utilizing inputs efficiently will help keep farms profitable. The workshop is open to everyone, RSVP is encouraged to ensure enough seats are available.
